Code gynecology surgical cases (hysterectomies, omentectomies, tumor cases)
Scrub charts for completeness and accuracy prior to billing
Communicate with providers via email regarding missing or unclear documentation
Work edits and resolve holds so claims can drop
Track productivity and quality metrics
