Medical Operations Supervisor

We are searching for a dedicated Medical Operations Supervisor to play a vital role in our operations. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve personnel time sheets and PTO changes prior to submissions.
  • Coordinate and initiate MASCAL exercises.
  • Provide chart review standards and eviction plans and procedures for staff.
  • Set expectations for staff and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Document personnel accountability and medevac procedures.
  • Handle serious incident reporting and maintain vehicle access requests and maintenance.
  • Ensure that medical laboratory equipment remains operational at all times.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day activities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in meetings to enhance quality and resolve issues.
  • Utilize office support software to manage emails and calendars.
  • Comply with all relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Mid-Level Providers must possess an active, unrestricted licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
  • Certification from recognized bodies such as NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC required.
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar role is necessary, with two years in a leadership capacity preferred.
  • Must maintain current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and CPR.
  • Completion of a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course is a plus.
  • Emergency medicine experience is highly desirable.
  • Recent clinical experience in patient care (at least 6 months within the last year) is required.
  • Physical capability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Must pass a medical examination confirming fitness for duty.
  • US citizenship or permanent residency for at least 3 of the past 5 years is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of a current Department of Homeland Security clearance.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
