Pro-Fee Multispecialty Medical Coder/Editor (Temporary - Potential to Convert Long Term)
Part-Time Opportunities
We are seeking an experienced Pro-Fee Medical Coder with strong multispecialty coding and editing expertise. This is a remote opportunity open to U.S.-based applicants only.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have extensive professional fee (pro-fee) hospital coding experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. You will be responsible for accurately coding and editing provider charges across multiple specialties while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Requirement Details
- Active certification: AAPC CPC or AHIMA CCS, RHIT, or RHIA
- Minimum 3 years of pro-fee hospital coding experience, including editing
- Specialty Experience: OB-GYN, Gastroenterology (GI), Urology, General Surgery, & Internal Medicine
- Proven ability to maintain a quality score of 98% or higher
- Productivity standards: 12 charts per hour for coding - 15 charts per hour for editing
- Hands-on experience with EPIC
- Strong comfort level with technology, including MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and VPN
- Ability to successfully pass pro-fee coding assessment(s)
- Work Schedule: All hours must be worked Monday–Friday between 6:00 AM–6:00 PM PST (9:00 AM–9:00 PM EST) Flexibility within these hours is allowed
Employment Details
