Medical & Dental Billing and Coding Specialist (Full-Time)
We are seeking an experienced Medical & Dental Billing and Coding Specialist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both CDT and CPT coding, and the full revenue cycle from insurance verification through denial resolution.
Responsibilities:
• Medical and dental coding using CPT, CDT, ICD-10,
and professional billing (inpatient/outpatient as applicable)
• Insurance verification, eligibility, and benefits review
• Electronic claim submission and follow-up
• Work claim rejections, denials, and appeals
• Payment posting and EOB review
• Communicate with insurance payers to resolve billing issues
• Ensure compliance with pay guidelines and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in both medical and dental billing, coding
• Strong knowledge of CPT and CDT
• Experience with insurance verification and denial management
• Familiarity with commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Coding certification (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred
