What You'll Do
Own the full billing cycle for our dermatology clients — claim submission, follow-up, collections, everything. You'll dig into denial patterns, catch issues before they become problems, and work directly with practice staff to keep revenue flowing.

- Review patient records and assign accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes for dermatology procedures
- Submit clean claims and minimize rejection rates
- Work denials — identify root causes, appeal when appropriate, and prevent repeat issues
- Manage A/R aging and follow up aggressively on unpaid claims
- Handle patient billing inquiries and collections professionally
- Collaborate with providers to improve documentation and coding accuracy
- Track payer trends and flag policy changes that impact reimbursement
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of coding experience for dermatology (Mohs, cosmetic, medical derm)
- Strong ICD-10, CPT, and modifier knowledge
- Takes ownership, doesn't need hand-holding
- Clear communicator with providers, payers, and patients
- Certification a plus, not required
