Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Educator II, where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of nursing care. You will be responsible for coordinating the orientation of nursing personnel, representing our organization in community activities, and planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating engaging continuing education programs for nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Exhibit professionalism consistent with Administrative and Departmental standards, maintaining appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, and reliability.
- Design and carry out educational activities that cater to identified learning needs, applying adult education principles to enhance learning outcomes.
- Develop and utilize an effective evaluative system to assess the impact of educational initiatives and ensure they meet the desired objectives.
- Foster collaborative relationships among healthcare professionals and actively engage in committees, task forces, and meetings to support staff development and improve patient care.
- Participate in initiatives that encourage professional growth through various educational opportunities that elevate the nursing practice.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Valid RN License in the state of employment or compact.
- Current BLS certification.
Work Schedule:
8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
