The Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Supervisor performs evaluation, repair, inspections, and preventative maintenance on devices at Arkansas Children's. The HTM supervisor supervises HTM staff, assists with projects, and manages prioritization of work. Responsible for delivering service that meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements and compliance. Responsible for executing and meeting all requirements of the established key performance indicators. Maintains relationships with the end users of devices and delivers excellent customer service.
Required Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Recommended Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
Required Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.
