Medical Billing Specialist

We are seeking a Full-time Medical Billing Specialist for a Medical Billing Company- in Chandler, AZ. Data entry, Account analysis, billing third party insurances, auditing charts, research denied claims. * Written appeal letters to insurance companies * Detail oriented, high-level problem solving, analytical and investigational skills * Resolving billing edits including coding, charging and billing issues * Working knowledge Medicaid regulations, CMS documentation standards * Reconciling reimbursements, follow-up and research reimbursement issues * Experience in medical billing and coding, insurance verification * Medisoft, E-Clinical, NextGen, Advanced MD, TrakNet, Prognosis or similar software. Professional certification from the AAPC or other nationally recognized organization. Work at reducing accounts receivable cycle and increase revenue by reducing the impact of ineligibility and increase the number of "clean " claims that are sent to insurers by making outbound calls to large insurance groups to obtain eligibility information. Qualifications: Will need to have at least 5 years of medical billing experience.
