We are looking for a Billing Associate to ensure efficient billing of clean claims, claim rejection review, corrected claims and secondary billing functions. This position is hybrid with three days per week on-site at our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. Operating hours are from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Eastern Time. Key Accountabilities: * Submission of initial, secondary and tertiary billing via the Central Reach Platform. * Review and correction of rejections via the clearing house. * Submission of corrected claims. * Submission of claims via the portal for specified payors. * Review common billing errors such as missing DX code, missing NPI, missing modifiers, etc to ensure clean claims submission. Desired Skills and Experience: * Minimum of 2 years billing or RCM experience. * Detail oriented. * Proficiency in Adobe. * Proficiency in Google Drive. * Knowledge of billing regulations and guidelines such as modifiers or NCCI edits. * Analytical thinking. * Problem solving. * Process and workflow driven. * Well organized with multitasking skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Self motivated with a positive and professional attitude. * Ability to keep up with fast paced and always changing field.
