The Clinical Coding Auditor performs a variety of duties related to compliance and coding for Cooley Dickinson Medical Group (CDMG), ensuring the usage of the most accurate codes for reimbursement purposes, statistical analysis outcomes, and financial and strategic planning. The Auditor is expected to demonstrate not only the knowledge of coding principles but also the ability to apply those principles in practice.
Employees are expected to be onsite for all hours worked during the first 30 days of employment for onboarding/training. There are options for hybrid/remote work after the successful completion of the training program, based on performance.Qualification:
