Under the direction of the Director of Ambulatory Revenue Cycle, the Coding Supervisor is responsible for providing first line supervision for Ambulatory Medical Coding staff. Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to: daily supervision and monitoring of quality and productivity performance, as well as employee performance. This position also involves participation in process improvement projects and supporting the work needed to meet department and organizational wide goals. The position requires a high degree of collaboration with Revenue Cycle, Chargemaster staff, and Ambulatory clinics.
