Position ResponsibilitiesEnsure all claims are submitted with a goal of zero errors.Verifies completeness and accuracy of all claims prior to submissions.Timely follow up on insurance denials, exceptions or exclusions.Reading and interpreting insurance explanation of benefits.Respond to inquiries from insurance companies, patients and providers.Secures needed medical documentation required or requested by third party insurances.Utilize monthly aging accounts receivable reports to follow up on unpaid claims.Other duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or college degree from an accredited college or universityWork Environment / Physical RequirementsWork environment is an office location.
