Job Title: RCM Lead – The RCM Wizard We’ve Been Looking For
About Us:
We’re a leading rheumatology practice with seven providers under one roof and plans to expand. Our current processes work, and we’re looking for the right leader to transform them into a high-performing, growth-ready system. If you’re the kind of person who sees a functional operation and thinks “I can make this even better,” keep reading.
The Opportunity:
You won’t just be handling claims—you’ll be orchestrating an entire revenue cycle upgrade. Start with an existing framework, refine it into a seamless, efficient operation, and build a team—both onsite and offshore—that can support our growing footprint. Over time, you’ll guide the department at a strategic level, ensuring we evolve in step with new locations, payer changes, and industry best practices.
Immediate Focus:
- Evaluate current RCM workflows, identify improvement areas, and implement best practices.
- Establish robust checks and balances that ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and mentor onsite and offshore staff, setting the stage for long-term scalability.
Long-Term Responsibilities:
- Transition into a high-level oversight role, managing a thriving RCM team as the practice expands.
- Continuously refine processes to maintain a cutting-edge approach that adapts to growth and market changes.
- Maximize the potential of eClinicalWorks (eCW) and other tools to ensure a smooth, high-performance billing environment.
About You:
You’re a forward-thinking RCM leader who thrives on turning good systems into great ones. You embrace change, aren’t afraid to experiment, and know how to lead teams to top-tier performance. If you’re ready to take a solid foundation and shape it into a best-in-class, future-ready billing operation, let’s talk.
