Role Overview:
As an ARRT Registered Therapist, you will administer radiation therapy under the guidance of our Radiation Oncologist. Your role involves interacting with patients, physicians, and colleagues, making interpersonal communication skills essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Alleviate patient anxiety surrounding radiation therapy, providing clear explanations and support.
  • Ensure accurate patient positioning for radiation treatment delivery.
  • Perform daily warm-up of treatment machines and simulator checks.
  • Position patients for simulation using immobilization devices, ensuring precise treatment areas.
  • Maintain a positive, cooperative, and professional attitude while working collaboratively within the team.


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification as a Radiation Therapist
  • Experience in a Radiation Oncology Department preferred
