PB/ProFee Coder

Requirements:

CPC (AAPC) or CCS or CCS-P (AHIMA) certification required
3+ years experience in Professional Fee coding across physician, ASC, surgical, or outpatient settings
Experience with physician-facing education and ability to deliver 1:1 and group training
Experience conducting chart reviews, coding audits, and documentation accuracy validation
Knowledge of documentation standards, compliance requirements, and audit readiness practices
Ability to analyze coding trends, variances, and risk areas and translate into education plans
Proficiency in communicating with physicians, clinical staff, and revenue cycle stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally
Physician Coding Educators with surgical specialty backgrounds
