We're hiring experienced HCC Risk Adjustment Coders for a high-volume Medicare risk adjustment project. This is a fully remote opportunity with a flexible schedule and full-time hours. Remote 5-Month Contract $15-$21/hour 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday What You'll Do Review and code medical records for Medicare populations Apply ICD-10 diagnosis coding and HCC risk adjustment guidelines Identify and document chronic conditions accurately Maintain quality and productivity standards Complete approximately 2 charts per hour Required Experience 2+ years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience Strong ICD-10 coding knowledge Active CPC (AAPC) or CCS (AHIMA) certification Nice to Have Medicaid HCC Coding experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
