Ai Bot Wrangler & Vibe Coder

Job Description

Description

Avenue Real Estate Group is hiring someone to run a team of AI bots. This is a full-time, in-office role in the St. Louis area, with annual compensation of $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience.

Your job is to give bots clear instructions, keep them moving, check their work, and step in when something breaks or needs human judgment. You will also use AI to build and update simple applications, improve workflows, and automate more of the business.

You do not need to be a programmer. You need to be organized, confident with technology, and willing to figure things out. You will work directly with the owner to turn AI tools into a reliable workforce that gets real work done.

When applying, include a brief example of something you have built, automated, or accomplished using AI. Personal projects count.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple AI bots and track what is finished, stuck, or waiting on someone.
• Turn business needs into clear instructions, priorities, and a definition of done.
• Review bot output, catch errors, and verify completed work in the actual destination.
• Troubleshoot stalled processes and use AI to investigate and resolve problems.
• Vibe code: use AI to build, modify, and test applications and workflow updates.
• Connect tools and improve automations across everyday business operations.
• Maintain organized instructions and documentation, and escalate decisions that need human approval.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through across multiple tasks.
• Hands-on interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, or automation platforms.
• Ability to write clear instructions and evaluate whether the resulting work meets the objective.
• Resourcefulness and patience when troubleshooting unfamiliar software or errors.
• Good judgment about when to act independently and when to seek help or approval.
• Willingness to monitor and maintain existing processes as well as build new ones.
• Ability to work in-office in the St. Louis area. Professional coding experience, a computer science degree, and real estate experience are not required.
