Orlando VA Medical Center is seeking an Amended Lead Medical Records Technician (Coder-Outpatient) in the Health Information Management (HIM) section. This role focuses on coding outpatient records and ensuring accurate data classification. Lead MRTs (Coder-Outpatient) apply expertise in hospital and physician-based settings to support patient care documentation and reporting within the HIM department.
