We strive to maintain an environment where our employees can grow and further their skills and careers while being a part of a strong team.Responsibilities:Prepare and submit billing data and medical claims to insurance companiesReview operative reports to identify diagnostic and procedural information, verify for accuracy, and ensure codes are assigned correctly and sequenced appropriatelyWork with clearing house rejections and insurance front-end rejectionsPost insurance paymentsWork on claim denials and write appeal letters for denied claims as neededAnswer patient or insurance telephone inquiriesKnowledge of insurance guidelines including HMO/PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer requirements and systemsProficient in CPT and ICD-10 CodingQualifications:CPC CertificationMore than 2 years of billing experienceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and computer skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsFriendly, personable demeanorDetail orientedWe are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
