Job Description Role Vibe Coder / AI Developer to help train and improve Civra’s LLM, connect it to databases and APIs, and implement features from idea through testing and deployment. This is an in-person role on Wall Street (New York City). Key Responsibilities Build with Codex and other AI coding tools. Connect databases, APIs, and business systems; handle authentication, JSON, and webhooks. Prepare and organize data for LLM training and evaluation. Test model outputs, investigate failures, and improve reliability. Build tools for retrieval and action-taking by AI systems. Debug, test, and deploy features; take ownership from prototype to production. Requirements Comfort with APIs, authentication, JSON, and webhooks. Practical knowledge of Git, debugging, testing, and deployment. Good judgment around credentials, private data, and database access. Curiosity about LLMs, prompting, retrieval, and evaluation. Clear communication, urgency, and follow-through. Compensation & Location Salary: $55,000 — $120,000 per year. Work location: In person on Wall Street, New York City.
