AAPC seeks a Medical Records Technician to review and code medical records for completeness and accuracy, ensuring identifiers, signatures, dates, and reports are present. The role evaluates documentation for medical necessity, correct E/M levels, and CPT/ICD coding, ensuring diagnoses reflect care provided and align with current guidelines.
