Signature Performance is seeking an experienced Inpatient Medical Coder for a remote role nationwide. You will assign ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes for complex inpatient discharges, review notes, and collaborate with CDI to ensure accurate MS-DRG reporting. You will utilize 3M 360 CAC or similar tools, write appeal letters, and support Medicare policies.
