Position: Technical Crew Supervisor
Location: All WLCSD Buildings
Schedule: Varies
Salary: Starting $13.00/hr
Qualifications
- Interest in technical theater production
- Must abide by the rules of Walled Lake Schools
- Must be self-motivated, punctual and reliable
- Must be responsible meeting job tasks and timelines
- Ability and desire to work as a team member or independently
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Working knowledge of theatrical technical equipment including; Lighting, Sound, Rigging and Video
- Must have transportation to and from work location
Responsibilities
- Operation of technical equipment during events including; Lighting, Sound, Video, and Stage Management
- Setup stage equipment for events
- General equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Understand safe practice for operations of equipment and tools
- Supervision of student crews during events
- Part time as needed basis
- All other duties as assigned

- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to build and maintain a safe environment
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job including but not limited to: walking, kneeling, sitting on the floor, rising from the floor, bending, and lifting at least 20 pounds
According to the revised code MCL380.1230 a criminal history background check will be completed as a condition of employment with Walled Lake Schools.
