Medical Biller Responsibilities Submit and follow up on medical insurance claims Work outstanding A/R and unpaid claims Handle insurance denials, rejections, and appeals Review EOBs and identify billing issues Contact insurance companies regarding claim status and payment issues Correct and resubmit claims as needed Work closely with providers and office staff to resolve billing issues Provide regular updates on A/R and outstanding claims Qualifications 2+ years of medical billing experience preferred Strong knowledge of insurance billing, A/R, and denials Experience with Medicare and commercial insurance Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding ModMed experience is a plus Podiatry billing experience is preferred Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
