About the Role We are looking for a Domestic Content Adder Compliance Auditor (DCACA) on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment and a W‑2 position. You will work remotely to support domestic content compliance for renewable energy projects. Your responsibilities will include diligently reviewing, validating, and tracking documentation required to substantiate eligibility for the Domestic Content Adder. You will receive and organize contractor and vendor submissions, confirm completeness and accuracy against project‑specific requirements and internal checklists, document deficiencies, and coordinate timely resolution of gaps. You will report to the onsite manager. Location: Remote. Travel required: up to 15%. A Domestic Content Adder Compliance Auditor is an expert or third‑party professional responsible for verifying that renewable energy projects meet strict U.S. manufacturing requirements. This verification is necessary to secure an additional 10% tax credit under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Key Responsibilities Diligently review, organize, and validate all documents pertaining to DCA requirements (e.g., contractor submissions, project exhibits, compliance attestations, supporting records). Perform detailed completeness and accuracy checks (signatures, dates, entity names, required attachments, math/totals, and consistency across source documents). Document findings, discrepancies, and missing items; issue clear deficiency notices and corrective action requests with required due dates and supporting detail. Present periodic status updates to management (open items, risk areas, aging, and trends) and recommend remediation steps to maintain DCA compliance. Enter and reconcile DCA document review outcomes in designated systems (e.g., trackers, dashboards, LPC Tracker if applicable); apply quality controls to ensure data integrity and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit support, document control, contract administration, or similar work requiring detailed review and validation of supporting documentation. Working knowledge of procurement and supply chain documentation (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, bills of materials, manufacturer certifications, and origin/traceability records). Proficiency with Excel and document management tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and comfort maintaining trackers, version control, and dashboards. Salary Base salary range for this position is estimated to be $40.00/hr. to $45.00/hr.
