Billing Specialist

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Submitting medical and vision claims
- Working insurance receivable accounts
- Investigating and problem-solving billing issues
- Posting insurance payments
- Answering billing-related inquiries
Requirements:
A successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- At least one year of billing experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to manage your time while meeting goals and assigned metrics
- Ability to work in a hybrid role that includes several days of remote work and at least one day working in the office
