Job Description
UPMC Western Maryland is seeking a Lead Medical Laboratory Technician to support the Core Lab. This full-time role primarily runs day shift but may cover other hours to meet department needs.
The position assists the Laboratory Supervisor by monitoring staff performance and by performing routine and advanced testing. The Lead MLT will help develop tests, collect data for management reports, and act as Laboratory Supervisor in the absence of the supervisor, ensuring compliance with UPMC mission
