What You'll Do - Review and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with healthcare industry standards.
- Assess responses related to medical coding, billing, reimbursement, and healthcare operations.
- Identify inaccuracies and provide detailed feedback to improve AI performance.
- Create realistic healthcare scenarios and subject matter expert responses for AI training and testing.
- Compare and score AI model outputs to support ongoing development efforts.
- Maintain quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.
What We're Looking For - Experience in medical coding, revenue cycle, health information management, utilization management, patient access, compliance, or related healthcare operations.
- Strong knowledge of medical coding, billing, reimbursement processes, and medical terminology.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using and evaluating AI tools and AI-generated content.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week for an approximately 12-week engagement.
- Must reside in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications - CPC, CCS, CCA, RHIT, RHIA, or similar certifications.
- Experience in utilization review, case management, prior authorization, or revenue cycle functions.
- Familiarity with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience reviewing healthcare documentation and reimbursement scenarios.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.
