Research Assistant CoderThis position is fully in person and 30 hours a week.Purpose: To code parent-child interaction videos, support in-person assessment visits, rate assessor fidelity, and participate in team meetings.Responsibilities:Code parent-child interaction videosSupport in-person child assessmentsParticipate in lab meetingsRating assessment videos for fidelity of implementationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and one year of related experiencePrevious experience behavioral coding parent-child interactions.Experience working with young children and hearing young children speak English to an adultExperience juggling multiple responsibilities and deadlinesRelevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree and three years of relevant experienceExperience coding the Disruptive Behavior Diagnostic Observation Schedule and/or the Individual Growth Development Indicators- Early Childhood InterventionSalary Range$25,000 - $40,000, the prorate range for 30 Scheduled Weekly HoursWorking ConditionsTypical Office EnvironmentWork Shift30 Scheduled Weekly Hours throughout M - F, 8am - 5pm scheduleRequired MaterialsResume/CV3 work references with their contact information; at least one reference should be from a supervisorLetter of interest
