Compliance AuditorWe are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an opportunity with our client, a leading loss mitigation law firm, that is hiring a Compliance Auditor for its Phoenix office. The firm specializes in nationwide default-related legal services, including foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure. It represents financial institutions, investors, title insurers, housing authorities, and select businesses in matters related to loan servicing, mortgage banking, consumer finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and mortgage loan enforcement.Your specific duties will include:Process and review a high volume of foreclosure and bankruptcy files using system applications and manual checklists.Audit invoices quickly and accurately.Manage frequent client communications via email and client platforms.Efficiently prepare audit packages, handle time-sensitive alerts, distribute tracking updates, and maintain oversight of annual staff training records.As training progresses, responsibilities will expand. The candidate must remain flexible and committed to maintaining quality and compliance standards in a dynamic, high-demand environment.Required qualifications for the position include:High school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.Experience in the mortgage industry, with default servicing experience required.Pay Rate Range: $22.00 per hourCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
