  • Accurately prepare and submit third-party insurance claims in a timely manner
  • Investigate and follow up on unpaid, delayed, or denied claims
  • Respond to patient and payer billing inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Post insurance and patient payments and maintain accurate account records
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve billing issues
  • Ability to work fully on-site in York, Nebraska Minimum of 1 year of medical billing experience (required) High school diploma Strong understanding of insurance claims processes, follow-up, and denial resolution High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
