Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Cycle: Manage end-to-end claims, denials, and appeals.
Payment Processing: Accurately post insurance and patient payments.
Verification: Verify insurance eligibility and track authorizations.
Communication: Coordinate with providers, the billing team, and patients to resolve account issues.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of medical billing experience in a physician practice.
Certification (CPB, CBCS, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong knowledge of AthenaHealth, CPT, ICD-10, and major insurance payers.
