Job Description

Role: The Medical Facilities Inspector Supervisor conducts onsite surveys, inspections, and complaint investigations of home care agencies to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations.
Responsibilities: Perform certification validation, interpret regulations, prepare written findings, and evaluate healthcare services. The role involves approximately 80% travel, primarily within Northern Virginia, with occasional trips statewide, utilizing personal or state vehicles.
Qualifications & Skills: Healthcare professionals with clinical experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory interpretation, management abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. Supervisory experience and familiarity with healthcare compliance are preferred.
Additional Requirements: Ability to supervise a dispersed workforce, obtain necessary certifications (SMQT, OSHA fit testing), and pass background checks. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and prior inspector experience are advantageous.
