Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed reviews and audits of outpatient professional fee coding records for accuracy, compliance, and quality.
Identify coding trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate audit findings using knowledge of academic medical center protocols and industry best practices.
Document audit results and provide clear written explanations to support AI training and development.
Provide expert feedback on complex coding, documentation, and auditing scenarios.
Collaborate with project teams to analyze ambiguous coding and compliance cases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings clearly.
Experience managing audit programs and navigating the unique challenges of academic healthcare environments.
