Position posted: 7/13/2026 Responsibilities Job Specific Competencies: Performs all functions essential in the billing of providers and ancillary services. Organizes workflow and communication with the clinics and providers for accurate billing information. Effectively communicates within the organization and with the public consistent with the clinic philosophy, vision and mission. Appropriately uses facility communication, information systems and equipment. JCMG Core Competencies: Strives for continuous quality improvement. Participates in educational experiences designed to maintain and/or improve professional competence. Maintains high work ethic standards. Provides quality customer service to staff, patients and visitors always. Minimum Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED Associate degree preferred Experience: Minimum two years in a Physician Coding environment Certification/License: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Certified Coding Associate (CCA) Certified Evaluation and Management Coder (CEMC) for E&M Specialties and Family Medicine Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Competency in medical terminology as demonstrated by either formal training or experience Must be able to assess self-learning needs and participate in educational programs as appropriate Computer literate Knowledge and experience with ICD-10 and CPT coding Benefits Annual bonus structure based on performance metrics Health insurance & employer paid short- and long-term disability Generous PTO policy, beginning at 160-hours annually, & a lump sum of 40 hours PTO given at start of employment 56 hours paid Holiday Leave Employer Retirement Plan (401K) with employer match & profit sharing Tuition reimbursement and other professional advancements #J-18808-Ljbffr
