What You'll Do

• Perform accurate medical coding and billing
• Submit, track, and appeal insurance claims
• Resolve denials and maximize reimbursements
• Post payments and reconcile accounts
• Communicate with providers and insurance companies
• Stay current with California payer guidelines
• Help keep our growing billing operation running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Certified coding credential (CPC, CCS, or equivalent preferred)
• Extensive medical billing experience
• Expert knowledge of California Medi-Cal, Medicare, PPO, and HMO billing
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
