- A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- This is a hybrid role, with onsite attendance required two days per week (Monday and Wednesday).
- Benefit coding experience is a must-have requirement. While NASCO experience is beneficial, NASCO experience alone would not satisfy the requirements of the role.
- Candidates should have strong healthcare/benefits administration knowledge and experience supporting benefit configuration and coding activities.
- Medical claims benefits processing
- Health benefit coding & defect analysis.
- Claims System analysis & testing
- Corporate projects & healthcare reform initiatives.
