Position: Medical Records Supervisor [Internal Only] Location: Puyallup, WA Job Id: 1227 # of Openings: 1 Medical Records Supervisor Department: Medical Records FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Reports to: Finance Director Position Summary The Medical Records Supervisor will supervise and lead the Medical Records team by providing direction and guidance, assist in monitoring performance, manage staffing schedules, and handle performance reviews. The individual in this role will perform both supervisor duties and general Medical Records tasks. This position will work in collaboration with the Finance Director on projects and staff development. This position will work in an office environment with a moderate noise level. This role will interact with patients, coworkers, venders, and the public. This role will use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
