Cognizant is seeking an Inpatient Medical Coder for a remote, work-from-home role in the United States. You will review and resolve denied or rejected medical claims, ensure accurate coding for inpatient diagnoses and procedures, and work with physicians to obtain clarifications through the query process.
You must have at least three years of inpatient coding experience, CPC/COC/CCC/CIRCC or AHIMA credentials, and experience with EPIC and 3M Encoder.
