You will review inpatient records to ensure diagnostic and procedural coding accuracy and compliance, verify physician documentation, and identify correct ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes using Solventum (3M).
You’ll also provide coding education, conduct peer reviews, and maintain an accuracy rate of 98% while meeting project productivity.
