Osceola Gynecology is seeking a responsible Medical Billing and Coding Specialist to join our medical practice team.
Location: Kissimmee/Orlando Area, FL
Schedule: Hybrid 1 to 2 days per month
We are seeking a detail-oriented, certified Medical Billing and Coding Specialist to join our revenue cycle team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work coupled with in-office collaboration 1 /2 days per month with the physician owner to support our clinical staff and optimize our billing operations. Experience with Athena one EHR platform is highly desirable.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certification- (CPC, CCS, or CPB)
Experience: Minimum of 1.5 or 2 years of hands-on experience in medical billing and multi-specialty coding.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with EHR/EMR systems Athena one platform
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of payer guidelines, modifier usage, and strict adherence to HIPAA policies.
Hybrid Work Environment: Must have a secure, private at-home workspace with reliable high-speed internet, and ability to commute to our Kissimmee/Orlando area clinic for designated in-office days.
