Job Description
UPMC is seeking a remote full-time Certified Coder III. In this role, you will monitor and respond to Pre-Bill edit accounts, assist in training fellow coders, and perform coding corrections to ensure accuracy and timely billing.
Your responsibilities will include assigning ICD-9-CM/ICD-10 and CPT codes, maintaining a coding accuracy of 98%, and identifying incomplete documentation to obtain necessary information for accurate coding.
