This role is critical in maintaining the financial health of the organization and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit accurateclaims to insurance companies and government programs.
- Verify patient insurancecoverage and benefits before services are rendered.
- Review and post payments, adjustingaccounts as necessary.
- Follow up on unpaid claimsand resolve discrepancies with payers.
- Maintain accurate andorganized billing records and documentation.
- Generate billing reports andanalyze trends for improved financial performance.

- Stay updated on changes inbilling codes and insurance policies.
Requirements - Associate's degree inMedical Billing, Health Information Management, or related fieldpreferred.
