Salary Range $40,000 - $50,000 annually (Based on Experience and Qualifications) Benefits Fully Funded Health Insurance Paid-Time Off Group Health /Life/Dental/Vision/Disability Health Reimbursement Account 403B Retirement Plan with 3% match 12 Paid Holidays What You’ll Do Clinical Care & Visit Preparation Provide direct patient care including vitals, point-of-care testing, injections, and clinical procedures Ensure seamless visit preparation — chart review, pre-visit planning, and care gap identification — so providers can focus on what they do best Serve as a clinical resource and problem‑solver on the floor every day Team Leadership & Development Supervise, coach, and inspire a team of Medical Assistants and Lead MA Conduct performance evaluations, facilitate training, and foster a culture of accountability and growth Lead by example — set the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and patient‑centered care Compliance & Quality Share responsibility for CLIA compliance, ensuring laboratory and point-of-care testing meets all regulatory standards Share oversight of Vaccines for Children (VFC) program compliance, including proper vaccine storage, handling, documentation, and audit readiness Support supply and inventory management to keep operations running smoothly and cost‑effectively Champion quality improvement initiatives — identify opportunities, track metrics, and drive meaningful change. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish — helping us better connect with the communities we serve. Prior supervisory or lead experience in a clinical setting. Experience in an FQHC, community health center, or safety‑net clinic. Familiarity with CLIA regulations, VFC program requirements, and quality improvement methodologies.
