Job Description Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This person will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits, establishing credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude is critical as this role sits at the crossroads between the Store Support Center and Field Management. Compensation Salary range: $68,000 - $85,000. Eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be determined based on experience level. Essential Functions Participates in several focus areas, including Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expertise, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major initiatives. Essential Duties Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits, and Building & Equipment Inspections. Train teammates on how to complete TCCs, OCCs, PIs, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections. Support Loss Prevention with investigations on occasion. Collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit, and operational functions to develop remediation activities on occasion. Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies. Participate in POS testing on occasion. Assist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned. Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance. Complete Lift Inspections as assigned. Complete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location. Communicate audit results with Store & District leadership. Communication Works closely with the Field Leadership to ensure compliance initiatives are communicated and executed in a timely manner. Builds strong partnerships in both the Store Support Center and field. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. 4+ years of retail management experience. Strong analytical, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills; ability to multi‑task. Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently. Self‑directed team player able to manage multiple activities. Pro‑active, process‑driven. Result‑oriented with the ability to interface with all levels and build consensus for chosen solutions. Proven influence and collaboration skills to interact with management and implement compliance improvements. Flexible and adaptable to different work groups, styles, and environments. Creative problem‑solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including presenting to large groups. Skilled in Microsoft Office suite. Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly driven. Works well in a collaborative environment. Travel 75%+ in field operations.
