About the Role Build and maintain marketing automations and lightweight micro‑apps that increase creator revenue and reduce manual work. Wire together Claude Code, Apify, Zapier/Make, GHL, Stripe, and custom scripts to automate funnels, DMs, onboarding, and reporting while shipping fast, pragmatic solutions. Job Description Role Build, prototype, and maintain automations and micro‑apps that support low‑ticket → subscription → consult funnels. Integrate AI‑assisted prototyping (Claude Code/Cursor) with no‑code/low‑code platforms and custom scripts to reduce manual work and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automations and micro‑apps for funnels, DMs, onboarding, and reporting. Prototype with Claude Code/Cursor and push working solutions to lightweight web apps when needed. Integrate scrapers (Apify or custom) to collect audience intel, comments, and creatives. Connect Zapier/Make to Stripe, Kajabi, Skool/Discord, Google Sheets, Slack, Typeform, and other systems. Implement and harden tracking using server events and consistent naming standards (CAPI / standard events). Monitor, debug, and iterate on automations; document SOPs in plain English. Outcomes (first 90 days) Ship a ManyChat-to-Stripe DM funnel with tagging and CAPI. Automate call routing and no‑show recovery in GHL. Build onboarding autopilot that provisions assets, folders, and SOP links. Stand up a daily revenue dashboard pulling from Stripe, Meta, GHL, and ad platforms. Deliver at least one internal tool per month that eliminates a recurring task by 80%+. Requirements Demonstrable experience shipping automations or agents used by real teams. Proven Zapier and/or Make mastery; working knowledge of GHL pipelines, webhooks, and triggers. Experience wiring Meta Conversions API (CAPI) and standard events; ManyChat or IG DM automation experience. Strong data hygiene, naming conventions, and version control habits; ability to document clearly. Bias for speed, pragmatic delivery, and measurable impact. Nice to Have Apify experience, basic SQL, lightweight front‑end skills for internal tools. Familiarity with GHL, Kajabi, Skool, and Meta Ads troubleshooting (Manus or similar). Compensation & Location Part‑time contract role with pay of $1,600 - $1,800 per month; potential to convert to full‑time after 90 days based on proof of work.
