Accurately code or correct ICD‑10, CPT, and HCPCS codes according to payer guidelines and contracts. Ensure prompt billing for both the facility and surgeons' professional fees. Perform routine audits and provide essential training to physicians and staff on ICD‑10 coding compliance and documentation guidelines. Enhance operational efficiency and maintain high standards of patient care and coding integrity. Qualifications Strong foundation in medical coding principles and comprehensive understanding of ICD‑10, CPT, E&M, and HCPCS coding systems. Attention to detail to review and correct coding for payer guideline compliance. Excellent analytical skills to interpret clinical documentation and identify discrepancies. Effective communication and training skills to work with physicians and staff. Proactive problem‑solving ability.
