Coder Associate – UKHC Department : H4021: Revenue Management – Coding & Documentation Location : Lexington, KY Salary : $17.50–27.31 per hour Position Type : Full‑Time Staff (Grade Level 07) Shift : Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (additional days/times as needed) Job Summary The Professional Coding team seeks a Coder Associate to provide high standardization, quality, and customer‑service focus within the UK Healthcare system. Responsibilities include performing highly technical professional billing and coding, correlating multispecialty coding, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and cross‑coverage.
