Perform accurate inpatient and specialty medical coding procedures.
Review clinical documentation for quality, analyze records for compliant billing.
Identify documentation deficiencies and initiate clarification request.
Assist providers in identifying missing diagnoses, specificity to clinical linkages and supporting indicators.
