Job Description
The Supervisor Technologist is responsible and accountable for overseeing all functions and activities for specific shift(s) or department(s) and for the accurate and timely performance of technical procedures in accordance with all current regulatory and accreditation standards. The supervisor demonstrates excellent technical skills, critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills.
Job Requirements
MT (ASCP) or equivalent
4 years current general clinical laboratory experience
Competency in all sections of the clinical laboratory or competence in the section(s) supervised
